mhm, and how would the distribution inside an LLM work? Are those code snippets CoPilot et al produce come with dedicated license sections?
And regarding how it would help selfhosting the code: it wouldn’t be on the GITHub servers owned by Microsoft, which owns/operates CoPilot. Its akin to feeding the LLM directly by pushing it to their servers.
Whoops.
My deepest apologies. I only skimmed it and didn’t realise that what I linked was the mail repository.
So yeah, the calendar has no sources for whatever reason.
How would that work? Proton is swiss and CIA is 'murica?
You go here: https://github.com/ProtonMail/android-mail
Yeah I don’t understand why they don’t have a codeberg or similar that they host themselves.
It would have only taken you two clicks to see if the source code of proton calendar for mobile devices is released or not.
spoiler: Yes the code for iOS and android is on GitHub.
Falkon on my Surface Go and Firefox on my Desktop.
Depends, do you trust Apple with your privacy? And how about Amazon, do you trust them?
I work in the public health sector.
And I am trans. Need more reasons?
Unless you’ve installed a linux filesystem driver, your Windows can’t do removed with that apparently unformatted partition.
Does this ultra leap Gemini program have permissions to access to your device?
Does it have any documentation? Like where you could point in it’s setting to your tracker hardware (which is probably just a file in /dev
/)
Before you migrate to Ubuntu, you could check if your hardware and software setup works in its Live Environment.
I sadly do not know how to do it in truenas.
Have you bind your audiobook directory to the containers /audiobook directory?
What format are your audiobooks?
Have you tried uploading one via the GUI?
Perhaps it’s a permission issue (e.g. add the user that runs audiobookshelf to the shares group)
How did you set it up? As a docker container or directly under your OS?
Yes that one, thanks.
My reason for self hosting is being in control of my removed, and not the cloud provider.
I run jellyfin, soulseek, freshRSS, audiobookshelf and nextcloud. All of that on a pi 4 with an SSD attached and then accessible via wireguard. Also that sad is accessible as nfs share.
As I had already known Linux very well before I’ve started my own cloud, I didn’t really had to learn much.
The biggest resource I could recommend is that GitHub repository where a huge amount of awesomely selfhosted solutions are linked.
Doesn’t the snipping tool also allow video capture now?
Once turned on, people on other servers (Mastodon, for example) can find your Threads profile and like, repost and share your posts with multiple audiences.
But not comment or interact with toots in any meaningful way?
Better just start dual booting. If you begin to use Windows less and less, you can throw away that Windows partition and expand your Linux partition.
