This is one of the first things I did a year or so ago to test chatgpt. I’ve never trusted it since. Chatgpt is removeding less than useless. The lies it tells… It’s insane.

Docker is kind of a giant mess in my experience. The trick to it is creating backup plans to recover your data when it fails. As such, I don’t really recommend it to anyone at all.
I bought a Makerbot, so emphatically NO it was not worth it. Never buy one of these removedty printers.
Why do you all want to rule the world? Just let people who like windows enjoy it… Jesus christ.
This is weird - I’ve never seen my Canon 70-200 2.8 as an astrophotography lens. I usually opt for my wide angle, fisheye, or telescope attachment.
What is it about this lens that you enjoy for astrophography specifically?
Edit: love the stepper motor addition! Very cool.
Edit: Oh! I misread. This is based on that lens! Interesting. Weird that a 135mm would be used for this!
Naw… It’s okay. We’re good.
I think all instances need to defederate. This is totally inexcusable. We shouldn’t be attached and well connected to a CCP-controlled (influenced or directly) community. This is propaganda, pure and simple.
It’s not a problem to have dissenting opinions to widely held beliefs, but it is a problem to have those injected constantly into our streams while all opposition is silently erased and curated to artifically support state-sponsored CCP propaganda.
What do you use to dual-boot? I used to mess with Linux often on my Mac, which was easy (hold option when starting the machine). I haven’t tried a Windows PC, though.
It’s worth noting that this is almost certainly illegal, for those who care. Windows is $5-$10 if you buy keys, which are 100% legal. Just throwing that out there.
Linux wins here with that price tag being *free.
Yeah, let’s confuse people asking honest questions and make them think Linux is a destructive, one-way migration.
I love Linux, but the fans are insufferable sometimes.
Yes! This is one of my favorite aspects of Linux. Most (all?) distros let you straight up use Linux and try it out before you even install it!
This is not what they are asking. They just want to know if they can revert their setup if they end up not wanting to keep Linux.
Anything is better than Mac… I hate how every time I try to push the green circle in the top left it now goes into full screen mode (if you don’t hold option every single time). Who the removed wants full screen mode?
That one feature is honestly enough to use anything else. It didn’t used to be this way… But Apple has been screwing up their products for over a decade now.
Oh no! Anyway…
It’s almost never down. It’s great.
It’s also all about to change as soon as Google drops the new generative search feature.
Touche…
Pour one out for project Ara, everyone… And the hundreds of other companies that had a bright future before Google bought and destroyed them.
As a Californian, I’m sorry about Musk, guys… We removeding hate that guy, and his removedty cars, but we have a ton of people here, and some of them are Conservatives and/or Nazi’s that own Tesla’s.
