Just a shiny male toy…

I was a long-time Xubuntu fan, tried Ubuntu directly from canonical for my new laptop.
It’s been a bit rocky, all things considered. I think I’m trying something else next time, maybe mint or whatever. Maybe Xubuntu, but only if this snap removed has been cut out.
I like how you think 😆
Excellent, I’d love to try printing this as well! Very nice version of the original!
No,I just had to deal with this myself. Most you can do is share your entire desktop in Wayland, and it’s shaky. For the first time, I had to switch to Xorg and bingo, zoom works. Fonts are actually antialiased and kerned properly for certain applications that weren’t… Really surprising.
I believe there are m.2 to pcie adapter boards. It’ll feel weird putting laptop components in a desktop, but the important thing will be that it works.
I think the thing people wish for was a little bit of polish in their open source tools.
I love kicad, but it used to have some really rough edges in spite of being simpler compared to something like Altium.
Exactly the same here
I mean… Cool?
