It’s fixed, but I’d still like to add that I solved it by deleting my user’s cache files. Also if you fail to type your password, for me, kde is very buggy in that feedback, tty will tell you tho.

it could display more info, but it doesn’t need to. And as far as projects go, if you don’t want a full diag, or have an ARM cpu (as someone else said), I’d argue it’s done. You don’t need to change a finished program.
alr, still thanks
hello, hi, do you play cs2? If yes, does fullscreen work for you?
what if it’s a physical interaction that they are talking about?
It resets the bug, but it can still occur in a non-native resolution.
It’s still happening, and it’s even worse, everything that’s not an app just goes black.
You were right! I just now figured thar turning my screen off and back on makes this thing to happen. I still don’t have a fix tho…
I made it non-floating, and it fixed the teleporting up issue. And also I found a way to force this bug to happen, it was as simple as turning the screen off & on again. Oh yeah, and it didn’t not get fixed with updates.
I’m guessing Option "VariableRefresh" "false"
. I really wouldn’t want to do this, I game a lot and I dislike Vsync.
Thanks for the help, but as I’d like to continue with my FreeSync, I’ll have to look for another solution, sry.
It’d be a nice change of pace to have an issue fixed with an update.
Could be, as I recall it happening when I walked back to my pc. Yesterday I set the sleep to 1 minuted and played with it a bit, couldn’t replicate it. As a matter of fact it didn’t even happen on it’s own. I haven’t updated so idk what’s going on.
Did you figure out how to replicate it? Others are writing some good ideas, but I have no idea how to test them.
I’ll try it with pkill then. Would you mind explaining the difference, please? And the “big surprise”
I can’t seem to find that setting.
Just turned it off, let’s see. Still donno how to test so… waiting game.
Sorry for the late response, I’m not feeling well. Might try this, when I get a bit better. Thanks for the tip!
Thanks, but nope. My lockscreen works. It’s everything after it lol.
I am on a fully AMD system, thanks for the tip tho.
I have no what extra it provides, all I know is I was debugging for a while after the update, and I had to make compromises because of bugs I couldn’t fix. Soooo
