Have you tried talking to the mods over at r/soccer how they have set up their match threads? I think they are pulling live updates from ESPN.

My apologies then, I thought you were shortening rust to R by mistake
R and rust are two completely different languages…
What’s up with that one bad episode in season 6?
Eight space indentation should be crime, I’m not made out screen width over here.
If you want to be strict with indentation, use tabs as your standard instead of forcing others to use your preferred visual width.
Ah, interesting. I thought my instance cached images.
How would tracking pixels work via lemmy? I don’t see how you could gain individual ip addresses if the instance simply store the image in their cache.
Lemmy.world might migrate from lemmy to sublinks once it’s ready from what I’ve heard. There are alternatives to lemmy
Nothing fancy, I simply block all third party content unless it’s whitelisted.
Apologies, it was a mistake on my end. Tried it again and noticed uBlock going wild. It was blocking every website except for lemmy.world which was globally whitelisted in my settings.
Tested my local instance, lemmy.world was the only one that returned as federated to programming.dev
0 defederated, 1 federated (lemmy.world) and 2091 errors?
What’s up with Norway? I’ve yet to encounter anyone else using Linux up here, outside of engineering students testing it out.
It’s one of the main differentiators between instances. If you want no filters, you can make your own instance or see if you can find one with a “zero defederation” policy.
E.g. if you don’t want to see a bunch of political propaganda or CSAM, and are into programming, programming.dev comes “pre configured” for that. Likewise lemmy.world, blahaj, etc… comes with their own flavour and configuration.
I’ve seen similar issues in appdata on windows when a program is poorly configured and simply grow its logs to ridiculous sizes. It’s an issue with a program utilising that folder, not the os.
Too bad It’s impossibe too see wich mod is doing what.
Can’t users see which moderator/admin removed content in the modlog?
Protein quality. Whey (isolated milk protein) is “goat” for a reason. It contains all essential amino acids you want + good ratio of leucine.
For something like chicken, the macros are also noteworthy. 100g of chicken is 23g protein, 2.1g fat and 0 carbs.
Lentils have 3x more carbs than protein, peanuts have 25g protein, 32g carbs and 39g fat. So it isn’t food that lends itself to a high (ratio) protein diet unless supplemented with something that got better macros (like meat).
Here’s a nutrition lecture for macros lectured by a medical doctor with focus being on diet for weight-lifters, if you want some insight into it.
