i love code
here is my github
Because if they can’t provide them with real hardware at least a VM would be great
Do they have a list of devices that they work on?
It would be cool if they provided at least a virtual machine to test on
If the devs don’t have access to the hardware then it’s impossible to make drivers for a specific laptop
Yeah, I would like to use it from f-droid instead of google store or apk
You can always try, it fixed my issue when I couldn’t hear anything on my laptop yesterday(I run pop os)
Try reinstalling pipewire or pulseaudio
Try searching this “<Device code name> rom xda developers”
I still run x11 because some of my apps just don’t work on wayland, specifically terminal apps for some reason
Is it bad if they use xwayland?
enjoy
thanks for the explanation
that is what they teach us in computing lessons lol
no because bios is read only
You should probably open an issue about this
Pop OS is great because of up to date kernel and drivers, and they even have a specific version created for nvidia gpus, on disadvantage is that gnome version is a bit old, but its very stable at least
use linux mint or pop os
I ran it for a year with no problems, ubuntu was good but I don’t like snaps so pop os is perfect for me
I’m not sure if it’s possible
