Check the extruder tension arm. If you have the plastic one it may be cracked.

I use PrusaSlicer and their Ender profiles with no tinkering and get consistently great prints.
I caution you to not put too much stock into OPs anecdotal experience. This is not a problem other people are having and is certainly not a firmware issue. I can say for certain that it has never happened for me.
This print has Z-hop enabled and the bed moves out of the way when switching tools, and you’re seeing that occasionally.
