I would kill for this. Trying to get logseq, or any other markdown editor to play nice with an existing obsidian vault is a nightmare. And none of them are nearly as feature complete or expandable.

It’s good. The steam deck’s version of steamOS is arch based, so that should tell you a lot about its capabilities.
I’d recommend choosing an Arch-based distro like Endeavour or Garuda so you don’t have to go through the rigmarole of installing vanilla Arch.
Just wait for Windows 10’s service life to run out. That’s when I’m switching full time
In overly simple terms
It’s a terminal app on your desktop, e.g. alacritty, konsole, kitty, terminator, urxvt, etc.
As opposed to the terminal that your computer would boot into it you didn’t have a desktop environment installed.

No particular reason why. It’s fast, it works, and I’ve already got it configured how I like it.
I’ve used kitty and a couple others. It really doesn’t make much difference to me tbh.
Following any number of walkthroughs, like on YouTube for instance. Try to find a relatively recent one if you’re taking that path. Or you could just use an Arch-based OS with an installer. I like Endeavor, it’s pretty close to a basic Arch install with a DE pre setup for you.
Either way just don’t ask for help on the Arch user forums if something doesn’t work, unless you want to be swiftly RTFMed.
I haven’t used macOS in years, so now it might actually be the golden pie in the sky “it just works” OS that Apple’s fans have always pretended it was. But Apple’s condescending “we know what’s best for you” attitude that they take into iOS (and nearly everything else they do) puts me off from giving them a second chance.
I assume this chart is intended for people making an effort to eat as much protein as possible for as cheap as possible, I.e. bodybuilders, powerlifters, and the like. In that case you would want to avoid vegetables because of their low protein regardless of how much they actually cost, so the cost per gram of protein is actually more useful.
In fairness I may be reading too much into it; nothing about the chart actually specifies who it’s for.
