Our community !homebrewing@sopuli.xyz has for now everything beer, wine, cider… it didn’t reach the point of creating another specific, niche community. So I totally get the niche interests aren’t represented here yet and the number of homebrewers is big.

Still we get good engagement for lemmy and there are active people from industry, so I wouldn’t call it exactly small.

To be fair, how long it took Michaelsoft to support ARM? What else to ship it with? BSD, IOS…

In 90’s there was some investment in our production and it was saved and modernized.

Now Brno is also development and research hub for electron microscopes and non optic imaging. And it isn’t only the cheap stuff that is made here - from few thousand $ simple inspection devices to multiple million $ for FAB’s in Taiwan.

Our car centric economy is pain, there are loads of other things that we can be #1 or at least one of the main leaders in development… Now when car sales slows our economy tanks.

I would be surprised if there are more than 20 of my pixels on the final canvas.

I thought that it is stripped of user data only pixel placements.

Edit: looked at it now and with my ~50 pixels placed it is possible to find it without tools.

Is there a way to look up where are pixels that individual users put?

I consider buying it and putting pins or something in the few places where I left my mark.

It is little bit more buggier but it may be the hardware and I can’t get it with xfce.

I don’t want to mess that deep in the system, just get it to my favorite theme and leave it be. So it is basically out of the box experience.

Which flavor did you choose? I am now rocking basic mint with XFCE on my older machine and LMDE on newer.

I switched because w10 got too heavy for my old removedty laptop. Now I got new removedty laptop with w11 and will soon it will be cured by Linux.

My old laptop will retire as server.

I usually explain it simply:
