NVU, Dreamweaver were tried to be like this. Only thing that wysiwyg’ing HTML isn’t that easy as one might think, especially nowadays where thousands of web css frameworks exists and every structuring is done via divs.
You could make your own framework, or select/import one you like, but then the app will have way too much parameter, which needs to be configured by the user. It would be a really neat power tool, though.
ps.: Funny thing I was just thinking about wysiwyg editors in the recent days 😅
Download the image again and/or try a different pendrive, different hole on computer.
Check MD5 sums of downloaded ISO if they provide you a sum on the webpage

Honestly I never expect any system to work out-of-the-box, not even Windows.
Most of the time if I see something JustWorks™ I suspect it is using some general ass drivers that may work, but with functions lost.
Probably this isn’t the case anymore, but it still gives me a lot of work to verify everything is REALLY fine and dandy.
I kinda liked how Android apps almost integrated to the Hub. 😄
Yeah, it was already on old enough version when it was a thing.
But to my understanding, it wasn’t emulation, rather having a compatibility layer between QNX and Android.
so AFAIK, it was rather like Proton on Linux? but maybe I’m totally wrong here, haha.
BlackBerry was managed to run Android next to QNX somehow (BB OS10)
we need to just rebuild the web, built on a decentralized LoRa or such mesh network.
after rebinding ctrl/shift+Insert, it really is all one needs.
thanks for the reply, I’ll definitely will look into alsamixer or pavucontrol and dig deeper, to have true 2.1 setup.
I have another, integrated card, but there’s no room for the subwoofer output - or so do I thibk, that’s why I’m using an external one.
All my pain would end by using a jack splitter/joiner, but where’s the fun in that 😅
thanks again, mate. will report, if you are interested
fill up the remaining space on the drive completely with 0s with a dummy file you delete then, before gzipping
I used and use for gaming and OBS mechanical hard drives - no issues with them.
I won’t run OS from them anymore, but gaming and recording full hd live is not a problem.
maybe the OS doing some buffering to SSD, idk, but as NOT the only drive, they are still pretty nice.
What am I missing?
Nothing. If you are content with your current setup, you are missing absolutely nothing.
Konsole, but only because I’m on Plasma. I really don’t rven like it that much, but… well, it’s a terminal, it does terminal things so I’m more than OK with it.
On xfce, I would youse xfce-terminal.
anything is fine as long as basic stuff works - like ctrl/shift+insert (tho it’s a thing I had to manually setup in Konsole 😅)
I had a friend in elementary school around early 2000s who was a huge computer nerd and with him I discovered the world of programming and computers in general - he was also the one who introduced me to Linux, Slax/Slackware, Blackpanther OS, UHU and later Ubuntu.
Then I installed my first Linux system for myself, which was Ubuntu then later changed to openSUSE. I loved it, up until the point KDE 4 came out and after 3.5, I hated it with passion so I dropped Linux for a while.
I had and have lots of Raspberry Pis, so I haven’t abandoned Linux completely, also in University, I needed Linux so I had a Kubuntu as well, but didn’t use it too intensively.
Also I used to bork all my Linux installations sooner or later to the point I was unable to recover them.
Now I built a new PC and I deceided I will use Linux, because I have no intentions to use Windows 11 for a while at least, so now my daily driver is Debian with KDE Plasma.
Tho I had no idea the louder part of the community/fandom is so toxic, cringe and childish, and I was and am in a few fandoms before, I’ve seen some removed, but not this much of a removed some Linux extremists have.
Many years ago I tried it, but didn’t really read up on it. Wanted to back up my Pi’s sdcard while the system was running. I even removeding named that script “online-backup”.
Now every time I ran that, after hours, I noticed my Pi was crashing, and never booted back up. I used chinese sd cards so I blamed it on them.
But this happened multiple times, just to learn I was using dd absolutely wrong.
dd was always a scary utility to me, and still is. I removeded up things with dd, regardless I quadruple checked everything 😅
but to answer the question; it’s possible, but you really need to know what are you doing.
