If you’re from the EU you can file a GDPR request to the site’s admin; otherwise consult your laws for how you can do a data deletion request for best chance of success.
Note that even if your posts/comments are deleted, some admins might refuse to delete the User ID assigned to your old account to prevent improper federation between instances. (If someone else takes that account, it could create problems there)
It’s difficult if you have disk encryption on the same drive that you want to install Kinoite. Otherwise, its just a matter of setting drive partitions.

Every fediverse site can interact with each other; so to ban interacting with lemmy.ml; you’ll also need to ban the entire fediverse; not to mention the oncoming new fediverse capable sites. Pretty much a piracy hydra situation but each head can be linked to each other, with the exception that fediverse sites hosted on India might not be able to reach the sites banned on India.
If lemmy.ml gets banned, you can still follow communities there using another fediverse site like lemmy.world or mastodon.social.

Honestly, I never heard of it before, so I checked to see what it is. I wrote a pretty neat config for my i3wm and to this day am so comfortable with it that I would never change it.
From my understanding after a look, it is pretty much i3wm for Wayland. If my config works well with it, I might give it a shot.
While both disks are installed, boot prioritise the disk with Linux from BIOS Settings. After it boots to Linux, you can fix GRUB (the default bootloader that comes with Linux) with mounting the partition that has Windows (If you can see the files from Windows in your file manager, it’s mounted.) and running sudo os-prober, and sudo update-grub
After fixing the bootloader, you can reboot to see both operating systems on GRUB menu.
If you think that GRUB looks lame, feel free to install another bootloader later.
I would reccommend you to not install W11, but install W10 instead. It’s more stable with all sorts of hardware.
Also this could indicate an issue with the drive you’re going to install the OS on. Could you run some checks on the disk itself for failed sectors?
Deletion requests do federate; but it’s true that it’s up to other servers to honor that request in the end
